Why Reset?

By supercharging your nutrient intake and eliminating toxins, you can release energy and kick-start your metabolism, allowing your digestive system to not only rest but repair and improve its function.
I believe that focusing on the gut as central to wellbeing is key for anyone who wants to live a longer, healthier, happier life.
The Gut Reset is a foundational healing stepping stone along the path to wellness, disease prevention and a thriving whole-body system.
What’s on the Menu?
During your Reset you'll consume a stimulating ACV tea, a colourful and diverse array of cold-pressed vegetable and fruit juices, nutritious soups, delicious handmade nut mylks and calming bone broths.
Working in conjunction and support, there will be a schedule of host-microbiome-centred therapeutics. (find out more in my FAQ section).
How to Prepare
After a short elimination diet – cutting out caffeine, alcohol, sugar, wheat, eggs, meat or shellfish – you'll be ready to start your Reset programme.
I offer a five day Gut Reset to give your body a chance to adjust and adapt. For anyone continuing on this journey you may want to Reset for a longer period as this will really open you up for some big and long-lasting changes.
